The GDC site blog recently had a 'how to use google maps' and that video guide is great. What amazing information you can put up! It also reminded me of my Delta training sessions in Atlanta - most of the tutorials were like this one - same tone, same simplistic details - so well done and easy to use.
We are working on fleshing out our GDC route and already the highlights for me seem to be Wildernest - Goa, Pondi, Hampi / Hospet, Madikeri and Jog Falls. Shall be working on the distances and routes and shaping it up with Hashim later today - I hope. The rules state 300 - 350 km per day so we shall have to see what works within those rules and our plan.
Our votes are not moving up fast at all (Thanx Ra for getting us on all your links that did help day before but now we have plateaued again and are moving down page 4) though some couples have 1000 odd!!?? Wow.
On the GDC blog did you see the latest post titled ' Hello, mad or wot?' Whatz that supposed to be about? That she is a celeb and is participating? Or is she participating? Was it about the quality of her images? What? rather ambiguous post.
Anyway - look out for our trip details in a later post as soon as I have them.

It is an allegorical reference to the pictures in the context of a salon "Mad O Wot". Incidentally she owns the place, and has also applied for GDC
